Ruth Charnock

Dr Ruth Charnock is currently working on a creative-critical project that explores bad sex and some of its correlates in contemporary culture. So far, this work has resulted in a mixed media pamphlet, entitled Wild (under consideration), a piece for the Dangerous Women Project (‘Shaming the Shameless’) and a TEDx talk entitled: ‘Bad Sex (Scenes)’.  It will culminate in her monograph due out with EUP next year: Anaïs Nin: bad sex, shame and contemporary culture.
